Nature of the Program
$2 Million Dollar DNA is a mindset, identity, and leadership coaching container designed to support personal responsibility, emotional regulation, and energetic expansion. It is not therapy, crisis support, medical care, or a done-for-you service.

Receptivity to Coaching & Personal Responsibility

Client understands that the value and experience gained from coaching are directly connected to the Client’s willingness to be receptive to the process. Receptivity includes openness to feedback, ownership of emotional responses, and a willingness to examine beliefs and perspectives that may be challenged through coaching.

Client understands that the Coach is fully on the Client’s side and committed to their growth. Coaching may invite new ways of thinking that feel unfamiliar or stretching. Discomfort, feeling challenged, or disagreement with a coaching perspective does not indicate lack of support or program failure.

Client accepts full responsibility for participation, emotional regulation, decisions, execution, and outcomes. Client understands that moments of activation, feeling stretched, or feeling “unseen” can be a natural part of growth-oriented work and do not constitute grounds for refund.

No Guarantees
Client understands that Juliana Garcia and her team make no guarantees regarding income, results, or outcomes. Any examples shared are for educational and illustrative purposes only.

No Refund Policy
Client agrees that all sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or transfers, including but not limited to:

Choosing not to participate or engage

Not accessing the program content

Payment Obligation
Client understands that if enrolled in a payment plan, all payments must be completed in full, regardless of participation, completion, or personal circumstances.

Chargebacks
Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Any chargeback will be contested with their agreement as evidence.
